Meghan & Colton: A Love Story Worth Telling at The Honeycomb
Nearly ten years after a freshman move-in day at Loyola University, Meghan and Colton stood beneath the Honeycomb in Lincoln Park surrounded by the people who had witnessed every chapter of their relationship. But their marriage wasn’t built in that single afternoon. It had been taking shape for years—in Friday night Marvel marathons, slow mornings over coffee in Fort Myers, adventures across Italy, and in the quiet, everyday choice to keep showing up for one another.

Honoring the Beauty of Ordinary Moments
One message that felt especially fitting for Meghan and Colton’s ceremony was the reminder that while weddings are extraordinary celebrations, marriages are built during ordinary days.
The slow mornings over coffee. Friday movie nights curled up on the couch. Simple vacations that require no itinerary. Quiet moments at home with the dog. Those seemingly small experiences become the threads that create a lifetime together.
While milestones like engagements, weddings, and anniversaries deserve celebration, it is the everyday acts of kindness, encouragement, laughter, and partnership that create a lasting marriage.

A Meaningful Blessing of Hands
Their ceremony also included the beautiful reading, A Blessing of Hands, reminding everyone that these hands will comfort, support, celebrate, and hold one another through every chapter ahead. It was the perfect reflection of Meghan and Colton’s relationship—a partnership built on showing up for one another with compassion, patience, and unwavering support.

Looking Toward the Future
As they exchanged vows and rings surrounded by the people who have shaped their lives, one theme continued to emerge: adventure. Whether traveling the world, building a welcoming home, raising a future family, or simply embracing everyday life together, Meghan and Colton hope never to stop growing alongside one another.
Their dreams extend beyond themselves. They hope their marriage inspires others to love generously, support wholeheartedly, and continually choose their relationships with intention. That hope was reflected throughout every part of the ceremony.
Congrats to 3 years of marriage, Meghan & Colton! May you always continue exploring the world together, celebrating each other’s successes, finding joy in both the extraordinary adventures and the quiet routines, and remembering that the strongest marriages are built one ordinary day at a time.
